EzStitch — Tailor & Boutique Orders

This Privacy Policy describes how the EzStitch mobile application ("the App"), published by Aditanix Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
EzStitch is an offline-first application. All the data you enter in the App is stored only in a local database on your own device and is never transmitted to us or to any server we operate. This includes:
We have no access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you yourself export and share it (see Section 4). If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted along with it.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where consent is required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to show a consent form before serving personalized ads. You may choose to accept or decline personalized advertising, and you can change your choice later from the App's Settings under "Privacy Options". If you are located in a US state with applicable privacy laws, a corresponding privacy message may be shown allowing you to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
The App lets you generate PDF order slips and export a full backup file of your data. These files are created on your device and shared only through apps you explicitly choose (such as your messaging, email, or cloud-storage apps). Similarly, when you tap a customer's contact to send a message, the App simply opens your chosen messaging app with the details pre-filled. Once shared, the handling of any exported file or message is governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you shared it with.
If you choose to attach a reference photo to an order or add a photo to the style catalogue, the App copies the selected image into its own private storage on your device so it remains available inside the App. These photos are not uploaded to us or any server, and are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
The App is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in the App is not configured for child-directed treatment.
Because your data exists only on your device, you are in full control of it. You can delete individual records inside the App, clear the App's data from your device settings, or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's retention policies; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection regarding personal data. For data held on your device, you can exercise these directly in the App. For data processed by Google for advertising, please refer to Google's privacy controls at https://myadcenter.google.com and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your data is stored in the App's private storage area, which is protected by the Android operating system and not accessible to other apps on standard devices. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock and keeping your own backup files in a secure location.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
