1. Who we are
EzNest is published by Aditanix Technologies, an independent software studio registered in Tamil Nadu, India (Udyam MSME registered). You can reach us anytime at support@aditanix.com.
2. Data you create in the app
Everything you enter in EzNest — properties, units, tenants, phone numbers, rent dues, payments, expenses, notes, and your landlord/business profile — is stored only in a local database on your device. This data:
- is never transmitted to Aditanix Technologies or any server we operate;
- is never sold, shared, or used for advertising;
- can be exported by you as a backup file, which you alone choose where to save or send (Google Drive, email, WhatsApp, etc.);
- is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
PDF receipts and statements are generated on your device and are shared only when you choose to share them, with the recipient you choose.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
EzNest is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified partners may collect device information, including:
- the device's advertising ID and similar device identifiers;
- coarse, IP-based approximate location;
- general device and diagnostic information related to ad delivery and performance.
This collection is performed by Google under its own policies, not by us. Please see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Google settings.
4. Your consent choices (EEA, UK and other regions)
If you are in a region that requires consent for personalised advertising (such as the EEA or the UK), EzNest shows a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform before any ads are requested. Your choice is respected: if you decline personalised ads, only the options permitted by your selection are used. You can change your choice at any time from within the consent options provided by the form.
5. Permissions the app uses
- Internet & network state — used solely to load advertisements. All app features work fully offline.
- Notifications (optional) — used for overdue-rent reminders and weekly backup reminders that you can switch off in Settings at any time.
EzNest does not request access to your camera, contacts, precise location, microphone, SMS, or call logs.
6. Data safety summary
Matching our Google Play Data safety declaration: EzNest itself collects no personal data. Device or other identifiers are collected and shared by the Google AdMob SDK for the purpose of advertising, as described in section 3. No data collected by the app can be linked to an account, because EzNest has no accounts.
7. Children
EzNest is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app's advertising components, please contact us and we will point you to the appropriate Google removal process.
8. Security
Your ledger lives inside the app's private storage area, protected by Android's application sandbox. Backup files you export are ordinary files under your control — we recommend storing them somewhere safe, such as your personal cloud drive, and treating them as confidential business records.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, when adding new features — we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's update notes on Google Play.
