Ezkeep is a 100% offline business tool. Your products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, payments and quotations are stored only on your device. We run no servers, require no account, and never see, collect, upload or sell your business data. The only third-party service in the app is Google AdMob, which shows advertisements.
All records you enter (inventory, parties, transactions, business profile, logo, settings) are saved in a local database on your phone. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it — for example by sending an invoice PDF on WhatsApp, exporting a CSV, saving a backup file, or enabling the optional Auto-Backup feature, which writes backup files to a folder you choose (such as your own Google Drive folder) on a schedule you set. Ezkeep never signs in to any cloud account; your device's storage framework and your chosen storage app handle the files. Files you share or back up are governed by the service you send them to.
Ezkeep is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, coarse device data, and ad-interaction events. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent form is shown and you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy Options inside the app. Learn more: How Google uses ad data · Google Privacy Policy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep the app. Deleting records in-app removes them from the local database. Uninstalling Ezkeep permanently deletes the app's local database from your device. Backup files you exported remain wherever you saved them and are yours to delete.
Ezkeep is a business utility intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region).
Data is stored in your device's private app storage, protected by Android's application sandbox. Protect your backup files as you would any business document.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
