Short version: EzFees has no account and no sign-up. Everything you enter — members, fees, dues, payments — is stored only on your own phone. We operate no servers and never receive your records. The one exception is advertising: EzFees shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects device identifiers to serve them.

EzFees is a record-keeping tool, so you may enter information about yourself and about the people who pay you — names, phone numbers, guardian names and phone numbers, batch or group names, fee amounts, dues, payments and notes, plus your own business name, phone number and address for receipts.
This information stays on your device. It is written to a private database inside the app's own storage. It is not uploaded, synced, or transmitted to Aditanix Technologies or to any third party by the app. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you if it is lost.
Because you may store other people's details (for example a student's guardian and their phone number), you are responsible for handling that information lawfully in your country, including telling those people you keep their records where required.
EzFees is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

This data is collected by Google, not by Aditanix Technologies. Google's practices are described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Your records are never used for advertising. Member names, fees, dues and payments are not shared with Google or any advertiser.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or another region requiring it, EzFees shows a consent form on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can reopen it any time from Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android system settings.
EzFees is a business tool intended for adults who collect fees, rent or bills. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Note that a teacher using the app may record a child's name and a guardian's contact number as part of their own records; that information remains on the teacher's device under their control.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can clear everything from Settings → Demo & Reset → Clear all data, or remove all of it by uninstalling the app. Backup files you created yourself must be deleted separately from wherever you saved them. Because we never receive your data, we cannot delete it on your behalf.
Data is held in the app's private storage area, which other apps cannot read on a normal, non-rooted device. Since there is no cloud copy, the security of your records depends on the security of your phone — a screen lock and regular backups are strongly recommended.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
